IHPS Supervisor

Seeking four program supervisors, each will supervise five case managers and will be responsible for providing safety and protection of at risk children. The supervisor is responsible for providing direction to case managers, review services for quality, participate in supervision of case managers in the field and provide weekly supervision to supervisees.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; case management experience; Strong Communication skills; Basic computer skills

IHPS Case Manager

Case manager needed to work with children and families. The focus of the case manager is to provide the safety and protection of children who are at risk, and enhance the well-being of the children and families and the increase protective capacities of the family while maintaining children in their own homes with a safety plan.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education or related field is required; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; case management experience; Strong Communication skills; Basic computer skills

Part Time Parenting Educator

The Parenting Facilitator is primarily responsible for following and teaching parenting workshop curriculum (Nurturing Parenting), research and develop new parenting workshops in addition to the current curriculum. The general functions of the facilitator are observing the clients, ensure a positive learning environment, promote interactive activities that will enhance parenting skills, and initiate referrals for clients in needs.
Requirements: Bachelors or Master Degree in Social Services; At least 1 year experience in the facilitation field; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; Oral and written communication skills; Research and analytical skills; Basic computer skills

Family Preservation Social Worker

Bilingual Spanish/English Social worker needed to provide intensive case management, counseling, direct intervention, advocacy, family support and parenting support services to empower families to prevent children’s out of home/family placement.
Bachelors degree in Social Work, Education, or related field is required.
