Program Description |
The program serves families who will benefit
from community-based supports, and is aimed at addressing
identified concerns which, left unaddressed, could lead
to child abuse, neglect and delinquency. The program
objectives are to: increase family stability and well
being; reduce risk factors for entry into child protection
system; and increase the family's ability to address
its' own needs. |
