Housing
Counseling Services and Financial Literacy provides
housing and Neighborhood Energy Center Services, as
well as outreach, educational presentations, workshops,
and advocacy. Also provides one-on-one counseling sessions
on tenant rights and responsibilities, budget and money
management, credit repair, and first-time home buying
process.
HOPWA
provides subsidized housing for eligible applicants
and up to 66 individuals/families affected by HIV/AIDS.
