Program Title

Housing Counseling and Consumer Education Program

 

 

Program Description

Housing Counseling Services and Financial Literacy provides housing and Neighborhood Energy Center Services, as well as outreach, educational presentations, workshops, and advocacy. Also provides one-on-one counseling sessions on tenant rights and responsibilities, budget and money management, credit repair, and first-time home buying process.

HOPWA provides subsidized housing for eligible applicants and up to 66 individuals/families affected by HIV/AIDS.

 

 

 

Eligibility

Housing Counseling Services, Neighborhood Energy Services, and Financial Literacy are open to anyone. 

HOPWA program is for people with HIV/AIDS.

 

 

Enrollment

Walk in referral based on availability and eligibility.
