Program Description |
Provides case management for teens or
pre-teens identified as having substance abuse issues
or being at risk for such issues. Program links
individuals to a continuum of care and supportive services. |

Eligibility |
Adolescents under 21 with a history
of abuse or addiction or at risk. |
|
|
Enrollment |
Walk ins welcome between the hours of
9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Appointments recommended.
School referrals are welcome. |
