Tax Site
This month we are currently recruiting volunteers to help
us with our Tax Site to help bring $1,000,000 back into
our Community!
(Training is Provided, very EASY to use software system
to use powered by The Benefit Bank )
Mentor a young person Make a difference in a youth’s
life by serving as a mentor. Commit as little as a few hours
a week for six to eight weeks to a child in need of a caring
adult. We offer very flexible Workplace Mentorship opportunities.
Need an intern? Take on one of our promising students to
help you out in your place of work. For more information

Mentor a Congreso Staff Member Are you experienced in Social Work,
Mental Health, Communication, etc.? Enlighten our talented
team here at Congreso with your expertise. For more information

Tutor a student Congreso is seeking tutors for our
Edison High School after school program, Exito (Success).
Tutors are needed to assist students during program hours
from 3:15 pm until 4:00 pm (Monday- Thursday). Volunteers
would help students with homework and remedial tutoring
of Math & English on a 9th grade high school level.
The volunteer must commit to at least 2 times per week.

Volunteer your Expert Services Are you retired, semi-retired, or simply
want to give back to a promising community on your free
time? Do you have a professional background in social work,
health, finance, or legal services and want to provide free
consultation to our clients? If so, please donate your time

a part of an Elders Leadership groupin
Congreso for those who are retired or semi-retired leaders,
and aspiring leaders in the community who can commit up
to 10 hours a week of volunteerism (3-5 slots available).
