Monitor work flow and staff performance; develop and implement corrective actions; ensure adherence to funder and state guidelines for data management; assist program director in conducting regular internal audits; serve as liaison matters related to data management. Bachelor's degree plus 4 years work experience, significant experience in managing complex databases (TANF/WIA databases such as CWDS, CAPS, CIS preferred), proficiency with MS Office, strong written and oral communication skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Youth Client Manager Coordinator

Needed to supervise case management staff in providing excellent customer service in carrying out assessment, case management and supportive counseling services; To support youth in identifying and obtaining their education and career goals; To assist youth in recognizing existing barriers to their success and referring youth to appropriate resources in overcoming such barriers; Track important educational and employment indicators; Develop comprehensive directory of social services, specialized counseling and case management resources; Identify training needs of Youth Client Managers.
Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years experience, preferably in the youth development and education fields, Experience working with adjudicated and defiant youth with involvement in the criminal justice system, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, knowledge of database management, and experience in data analysis

Adult Educator/Technology Specialist

Needed to provide technology skills instruction to adults participating in Congreso’s welfare-to-work initiatives; Contribute to the overall planning, coordination and implementation of computer-assisted instruction for programs of the Workforce Development Services Division through curriculum development, staff development and technical assistance; Train clients in the use of programs and educational software; provide ongoing support and consultation to clients regarding the use of technological resources in their courses; Provide overall management and maintenance of computer lab.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required; B.A. Degree; at least 2 years experience on classroom teaching; Experience working with TANF recipients, Computer specialist with command of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to teach technology skills to adults.

Job Developer

Needed to research and cultivate relationships with employer partners, thus generating targeted job leads, interviews and job placements for Calle Americana CareerLink Community Outreach Center customers per month. Collaborate with staff in delivering job search activities and workshops; oversee job matching efforts and assist customers with interview preparations; conduct customer satisfaction surveys for both customers and employers and advise Manager on center improvements. Minimum of Associate’s degree required. Bachelor degree preferred in Marketing, Business or other related Human Services discipline.
Two – three years of experience in sales, marketing and/or employment services required, plus knowledge of basic computer applications. Bilingual (Eng/Span) preferred. Must possess or be willing to obtain Customer Service Certification.

Career Advisor

Needed to provide direct client services to job candidates, and to assist clients in obtaining and retaining gainful employment. The Career Advisor also provides barrier remediation services to facilitate clients’ transition into employment by making referrals resulting in job placement; assisting clients in developing and implementing plans related to their employment and educational goals; maintaining communication with client to perform ongoing needs assessment and appropriate intervention; developing a working knowledge of community resources which may be used in serving client.
Minimum of an Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services or Education. 2-3 years of case management exp. preferably w/welfare recipients and knowledge of basic computer applications. Bilingual (Eng/Span) preferred. Must possess or be willing to obtain Customer Service Certification.
