Provides SPOC pre- and post-24 month Job
Candidates with a one-stop approach to positive workforce
engagement. Job candidates are referred to Congreso
for assessment, adult education, technology and customer
service training, placement and retention services.
Each training module leads to advanced training and/or
placement services upon successful completion of the
program. This program is staffed to give participants
a required 30 hours of instruction per week for a total
of 540 hours per training module over an 18 week period.
