Program Description

A community-based TANF center designed to provide customers with a one-stop approach to supportive services, education, training, and employment services. The goal of the Center is to assist pre- and post-24 month customers in removing employment barriers so that they can achieve self-sufficiency.

Eligibility

Welfare recipients.  Residents of Philadelphia.
