Services

  • Summer Camp students can participate in dynamic enrichment clubs focused on creative and performing arts, athletic (sports) and arts. Throughout the summer students will also attend field trips. This all day program provides safe and engaging activities that also include reading and project based learning. Our North Star summer camp is very popular and fills up fast.
  • Job Readiness Training and Internships are available each summer that provide jobs to over 100 youth. Younger teens participate in project based learning and service learning projects, where they create and connect their ideas and voice to a need in the community. Older youth are trained and placed in real work settings that connect to their interests and potential careers in the internship programs. These opportunities include a stipend and financial literacy training.
  • Teen Lounge is open to the public youth. Bring a friend and drop in to participate in creative and performing arts activities. Activities include stations of jewelry making, bow time making and break dancing. Times and days may vary.

  • Articles and Tips

    • Summer sites vary (all in eastern north Philadelphia). Applications are available April and are processed first come/first serve with waitlists as needed. Applications are available at site locations and Congreso’s Education and Workforce Facility at 2800 N. American Street
