The Neighborhood Family and Development Services of Congreso is currently seeking for six (6) Resource Specialists(RS). The Resource Specialist is a part of a collaborative team between Congreso, Women Christian Alliance (WCA), and the School District’s Central East Region. He/She will provide school-based social services supports to facilitate student and family access to the outside behavioral and social service programs and supports, in order to address a student's barrier to learning and their academic and school performance. The RS will provide an array of behavioral health, case management and training services to children, their families and school staff.

Manager of Performing Arts and Sciences

We need someone who can work on the cutting edge of youth development, challenge the paradigms of traditional education models while rooting curriculum in proven theory. We need someone who is passionate about the arts, the sciences and of course learning and education. The Performing Arts and Sciences Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, and development of the project based learning, performing arts and science curricula in Congreso’s Out of School time youth programs. Additionally the manager will be responsible for the administration of the Performing arts and Science contractual services. This is a full time position that reports directly to the Vice President of Children and Youth Services.
Requirements: Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Education or related field. At least two years management experience in a community-based setting Performance planning experience preferred. Demonstrable curriculum writing experience. Experience with Project Based Learning Methodology preferred. Experience working with at-risk youth preferred
