Data & Evaluation Coordinator (DEC) is primarily responsible for the support of measurement of outcome indicators, as well as the procedures and tools needed for each program to satisfactorily meet their goals and outcomes. The DEC also trains new staff on the usage of UNIDAD, a web-based database used to track demographics and measure outcome indicators. The DEC also customizes UNIDAD screens to meet the programs data collection needs. The DEC maintains and monitors the data collected on the web-based UNIDAD and prepares it for analysis. The DEC reports to the Manager of Data and Evaluation who reports to the VP of Quality Assurance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; Experience in program research, development and evaluation, or direct service delivery in the nonprofit sector; Experience in developing and/or facilitating preferred; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Excellent analytical skills; Excellent computer proficiency, including knowledge of Excel and Access.
