Congreso Health Center Provides Patients with Holistic Support

The Congreso Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). They provide primary care, patient care, referrals, family planning, and social services.

Most patients seen at the health center are a part of a largely under-served community. Last year, the health center served 3,700 unique patients. Some of the diverse people served includes mainly Latinx patients, immigrants, LGBTQ+ community members, children, and the elderly.

Patients are served regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

The new Health Center opened in January 2021. Clients describe the space as warm, comfortable, safe, and welcoming. You can find the Health Center located on the first floor of our main headquarters.

They are open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm. Walk-ins are welcome and can be seen the same day or schedule an appointment for a later time.

Now with a pharmacy onsite, patients can quickly and easily access all their prescriptions needs. Somerset Pharmacy is open to all community members from 9am-5pm. We are grateful for their ongoing partnership.

Since the Health Center and Pharmacy are both onsite at the main Congreso building, clients have a higher chance of continuing services at Congreso and finding support with other needs.
