• Be referred by an EARN Center
  • Have over 10 weeks of training time available
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Pass a Child Abuse Clearance and Background Check
  • Highly motivated and enjoy working with infants, toddlers and pre-k aged children
  • Employment and Retention Services
  • Supportive Services and Lifelong Learning Skills
  • Prepare for CDA Certification from the National Council of Professional Recognition
  • Receive Pediatric First Aid Training Certification
  • Enjoy nutrition classes to promote a healthy diet for children and families
