Education Leading to Employment and Career Training (ELECT)
The Philadelphia ELECT program, funded by the School District of Philadelphia, is a comprehensive network of education, health, and support services designed to assist pregnant and parenting teens in completing their education and becoming self-sufficient. Congreso is an ELECT partner, and currently operates the ELECT program in Congreso’s E3 Center, as well as at the following schools:
- Aspira Excel Academy
- Edison High School
- El Centro de Estudiantes
- Esperanza Academy Charter High School
- Kensington CAPA
- Kensington Health Sciences
- Kensington High School (formerly Kensington Business & Kensington Urban)
- Olney Charter High School
- One Bright Ray Fairhill
- One Bright Ray Simpson
If you are a Philadelphia high school student and are expecting a child or parenting or want to connect a student you know with the program, even if you/they do not attend one of the schools listed above, please contact us and we can assist you in connecting to the ELECT program at the appropriate school.
