Philadelphia FIGHT will be hosting their 1st HIV Prevention and Education Virtual Conference for the entire month of June 2020.

This conference welcomes all people including youth who are interested in learning more about their sexual health, mental health, and the wide-range of issues that impact people living with HIV (PLWH/A) and the AIDS epidemic at large.

  • Individuals living with HIV/AIDS
  • Must be a resident of Philadelphia
  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • Self-referred or referred from another agency by calling the Health Information Hotline at 800-985-2437, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Initial assessment of service needs
  • Development of a comprehensive individual service care plan
  • Coordination of services required to implement the plan
  • Client monitoring to assess the efficacy of the plan
  • Periodic re-evaluation and adaptation of the plan as necessary over the life of the client
  • Referrals to appropriate resources and follow-up
  • Basic HIV and treatment adherence education
  • Emotional Support & Support Groups
  • Advocacy
  • On-site Breakfast and Lunch
  • Transportation Assistance
  • Interpretation/Translation Services
  • Accompaniment to Medical Appointments
  • Home/Hospital Visits
