Housing Program Recognized by PACDC
Congreso’s Housing program was invited to PACDC’s (Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations) 30th Anniversary Gala and Awards Ceremony where they were recognized as a Community Development Champion, an award that states: “We cannot overemphasize just how important housing counseling is to the ecosystem of affordable, equitable housing in the city.”
