Annual Fundraiser Celebrates Sights, Sounds, and Tastes of Quito, Ecuador

PHILADELPHIA— Congreso de Latinos Unidos’ 2017 Gala Latina will honor the multiservice nonprofit organization’s 40th year serving and strengthening the Latino community in Philadelphia. The 11th annual Gala is the first major fundraiser under the leadership team of new President and CEO Carolina Cabrera DiGiorgio and recently appointed Board Chair Esperanza Martinez Neu.

The Gala will celebrate the people, music, food, and architecture of Quito, Ecuador’s capital. Festivities will capture the best of the visually dramatic South American city, which boasts a sophisticated culinary culture and a UNESCO World Heritage site as its Old Town.
